I definitely like how you wrote this chapter, my dear; plenty of fluff to help the relationship along, but at the same time I as a reader can see just how the relationship is deepening. Slowly, yes, but definitely progressing step by step. It's obvious that Roy isn't ready for sex, and just as obvious that Alphonse isn't going to push the issue and risk hurting someone that he cares about.
What I really liked, though? The fact that I've always imagined Alphonse's relationships starting out like this. Lots of cuddling, lots of hugs and touches, and Alphonse being so incredibly protective that it's obvious what he's feeling but not so obvious how it's going to work out.
And Roy knowing what makes Alphonse happy, and showing his emotions that way? Very nice touch. :)
