I just read the 4 seasons stories you posted that I'm assuming in some way are connected to this story. you did post them together. Anyway, this one:

This story leads the reader to believe that in the end; Roy is dead or no longer in the picture (because Roy and Al planted roses 2gether in their yard; along with the winter scene where Roy & Al enjoyed the beauty of the iced roses). Does this mean that i'm going to read all these chapters hoping and then being grateful for all the struggles Al and Roy faced and overcame...only to be crushed at the end of the story. I will hate you 4ever if this doesn't have a HAPPY Roy and Al ending. And i especially do not want Al finding any kind of solace with Elicia.
