I'm very glad you enjoyed this. And yes, you're right, the bit with Al naming Tana was a bit abrupt. Not one of my smoother transitions. I just kind of needed to get the cat's name in there without taking a whole other chapter to explain it, and probably sacrificed the integrity of that passage for my laziness. *grin*
But I'm glad you still liked it, even so. And I'm really sorry it took me so long to respond to you; it's been kind of crazy around here.
